Earlier this year, Facebook M was looking to launch its AI-powered assistant that lives inside Messenger. We worked with their team to name it, and create an identity system that would encapsulate M’s human-like qualities and responsive disposition.
Our thinking draws from M’s unique combination of technology and human-powered assistance. The ‘infinite M’ form expresses the endless possibilities and services offered by the product.
The ‘infinite M’ transforms as determined by its task, allowing the system to adapt and evolve form based on different interactions and experiences with its users.
